Emcommerce ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for launch updates and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address — submitted voluntarily through our signup form.
- IP address & basic request metadata — used for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and abuse prevention.
- Source/form tags — which page or campaign you subscribed from, so we can measure interest.
How we use it
- To send you launch updates and Kickstarter early-access details.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms via Cloudflare Turnstile.
- To understand which channels people are hearing about us through, in aggregate.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Where it lives
Email addresses are stored in our self-hosted Mautic CRM and transmitted via our Stalwart mail server. Both are operated by us, not third-party SaaS providers. Cloudflare processes form-submission challenges as a security layer.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove your address from our active list. To request full deletion of your data, email hello@emcommerce.shop.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie strictly for bot detection.
Children
Emcommerce is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as Emcommerce evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
